They have a canyon greenbelt that will suprise you if you've never been there! Good hiking and some cold water to plop your butt into when you're ready, too!
Pedernales Falls State Park

One of the better parks for caching via mountain bikes! Take your tent and make a weekend out of it.
Chalk Ridge Park near Stillhouse Hollow Lake

Complete the hiking and then head to charming Salado for a few more caches on the way home.
Boerne, Texas

Prefer park 'n grabs? The town of Boerne northwest of San Antonio is full of them, and its a nice drive, too! Don't miss Relic of a Pre-WalMart Era on the way.
